The career plan of Cumbria Consulting is based exclusively on the individual performance and results achieved by each of our consultants on a day-to-day basis. This allows career progression and the outcome of each consultant´s review will be directly related to their performance.
The reviews, which are undertaken twice a year, are designed to determine the performance and development of our consultants.
If the consultant shows an improvement, he will move up a level within the company’s hierarchy, this, guaranteeing motivation and career development.
This way, an analyst will be able to become a Manager in a space of seven years, and with four more years, reach the position of an Associate. |
